Anna Is Watchung-Green Brook's Pet Of The Week

WATCHUNG-GREEN BROOK, NJ — Meet Anna! She has been chosen as Watchung-Green Brook Patch's Pet Of The Week.

"Anna is a Snowshoe Siamese, who was a rescue cat in 2005. I adopted her from Pet Smart in Watchung, and suspect she is now approximately 14 years old. Her full name is: Anna Siam Empress Strong.

Anna is a sweet, gentle cat, with loads of personality. She has always been friendly with both the children and the elderly residents in our home. She loves to play and is very vocal. 'Anna Banana' is more than happy to 'announce' when she is hungry, or needs your attention. She can fetch and return her jingle balls, and can give you a 'high five' on request.

Anna is the greatest pet, and the main reason I advocate for adopting rescue animals. She is my best 'furry' friend."
