Beckham Is Basking Ridge's Pet Of The Week

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Meet Beckham! He has been chosen as Basking Ridge Patch's Pet Of The Week. Nominate your pet for Watchung-Green Brook's Pet of the Week!

"Meet Beckham, our 7 month old pug mix. He was a rescue puppy who was timid at first, but you would never know that now!

He is a ball of energy who loves to zip around our yard and play with all the dogs in the neighborhood. On our walks around town, he is guaranteed to find a stick that is bigger than his little 18 pound body, which he insists on carrying all the way home with him. This is quite a comedy routine, which always gets a laugh from people driving by.

Beckham is such a sweetheart who is loving toward everyone he meets. He loves to follow us around and "help" with our daily chores, and enjoys coming out for lunch or ice cream dates. Our favorite time of day is when he snuggles up to watch TV in the evenings. He has brought so much joy to our lives with his comical and sweet personality!"
