BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Meet Coco and Whiskers! They have been chosen as Basking Ridge Patch's Pet Of The Week. Nominate your pet for Watchung- Green Brook's Pet Of The Week!

"Our European crowned guinea pigs, Coco and Whiskers, are amazing pets and should be featured in Basking Ridge’s Pet of the week.

Coco (in the Lazy Sundays photo) is cuddly, cute and fun. Just ask my friend G. Whiskers (featured in ”your eyes are bigger than your stomach” photo) is a good sport and super spunky.

They are always very good-natured when friends visit and let everyone cuddle and hold them. They are both loving to each other.

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com. Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the part of town you're from. You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today. Videos are also welcomed!
