Deadline is Next Tuesday to Register to Vote in Primaries
Full slate of candidates expected to face off in General Election in November.

Next Tuesday is the last day to register to vote in the Primary Election, to be held June 4.
The Somerset County offices on Grove Street will have extended hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday for anyone still looking to register.
There will be no local race in this yearās primary in both Green Brook and Watchung.

In Green Brook, Republican incumbent committeeman Jerry Searfoss will be challenged by Democrat David Breen.
In Watchung, incumbent council members Deanna Beck-Cemens and Robert Gibbs will be running for the two Republican nominations. No Democrats filed for the primary.

Independent candidates have until 4 p.m. June 4 to file nominating petitions to be on the November ballot.
