Somerset County is looking to honor centenarians in honor of Older Americans Month. Deadline to nominate a resident is April 15.

Do you know someone who will be 100 years old or older in 2016?
The Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services, in collaboration with the Regency Heritage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, is looking to honor these residents in honor of Older Americans Month.
Deadline to submit by Friday, April 15.

“We are asking residents to help us honor the centenarians in our community,” said Freeholder Brian Levine, human services liaison in a release. “These resilient individuals, who have touched the lives of so many people over the years, are wonderful role models for future generations.”
The centenarians will be invited to a free luncheon at noon on Thursday, May 19, at the Regency Heritage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located at 380 DeMott Lane in Franklin Township.
