Man Wanted For North Plainfield Car Burglary Arrested

The man broke into the car on Mountain Avenue and then used the victim's credit card at various locations, North Plainfield Police report.

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — A man wanted for the burglary of a motor vehicle in North Plainfield has been arrested, police report.

Raymond Moore-Forteau of Plainfield was arrested and charged by detectives with burglary, theft by deception and credit card fraud.

The arrest stems from a motor vehicle burglary which occurred on Sept. 20 in North Plainfield on Mountain Avenue. Moore-Forteau then used the victim’s credit card at various locations, police report.
