Somerset County Man Arrested For Aggravated Sexual Assault Of A Child
Marvin Lewis, age 25, of North Plainfield allegedly sexually assaulted a child under 13 years old, who was known to him: prosecutor

North Plainfield, NJ -- A North Plainfield man was arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 13, Acting Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson, Acting Chief of Detectives Timothy M. Fitzgerald and North Plainfield Chief of Police William Parenti announced Tuesday.
Marvin Lewis, age 25, of U.S. Highway Route 22, North Plainfield was arrested on Monday night at 7 p.m.
The victim, identified as being under the age of 13 and known to Lewis, reported Lewis had sexually assaulted the minor in North Plainfield.

Lewis was charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault, first degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, third degree, and he was lodged in the Somerset County Jail, according to the prosecutor's release.
