WATCHUNG, NJ — An attempted luring of a Watchung student on Monday morning has been found to be a "misunderstanding," Watchung Police Chief Joe Cina said.

At about 9:40 a.m. on Monday a middle school student said a man in a van "tried to lure her to his car while she was waiting for the bus" at the corner of Century Lane and Valley Road in Watchung.
