Winning Jersey Cash 5 Lottery Ticket Sold In Somerset County

Watchung, NJ -- One of three winning tickets for the Jersey Cash 5 Jackpot worth a total of $886,188 was sold in Somerset County.

The three winners will split the winnings making each ticket worth $295,396 from the Sunday, April 24 drawing.

Those tickets were sold at:

• Somerset County: Speedy Mart, 17 Johnson Dr., Watchung,
• Atlantic County: Gourmet Liquors, 319 S. Pitney Rd., Galloway,
• Ocean County: 7-Eleven #39434, 10 So. New Prospect Rd., Jackson.

The winning tickets matched all five numbers drawn which were: 05, 12, 20, 25 and 27.

“We are thrilled that the winning jackpot tickets were sold at Gourmet Liquors, 7-Eleven #39434 and Speedy Mart,” said Executive Director Carole Hedinger. “The retailers will each receive a $2,000 bonus check for selling these winning tickets. Overnight, they have become three more ‘lucky locations’ for the very fortunate lottery winners.”

Hedinger also noted that 7,156 other players won $159,924 in cash prizes in the Sunday drawing. For correctly picking four numbers, 204 players won cash prizes of $375 each, and for correctly matching three numbers, 6,952 players won $12 each.
