Woman Allegedly Uses Screwdriver, Hammer To Break Into ATM

A 22-year-old woman from Dunellen was arrested for allegedly breaking into an ATM in Green Brook using a screwdriver and hammer, according to nj.com.

Yulia Panella was charged with third-degree burglary and disorderly person on Dec. 1 for breaking into an ATM at TD Bank located at 1000 Washington Ave. in Green Brook, according to nj.com.

Panella claimed she put her ATM card in the machine and it stole her $200, according to nj.com. She told police she was breaking into the ATM machine to get her money back, according according to an affidavit filed in state Superior Court in Somerset County.

Panella is being held in the Somerset County Jail.
