A $2 million scratch-off NJ Lottery ticket was sold in Passaic County.
Moyen Ali of Paterson won the money by playing a 100X The Cash game he purchased at Delta Gas in Paterson.
Ali plays scratch-off games regularly and has won as much as $1,000 before, NJ lottery officials said.

Ali hopes to open his own business with the winnings. Delta Gas will receive a $30,000 bonus check for selling the winning game.
