Annual Wayne Day Is June 10

The event features dozens of booths from community groups, clubs, businesses, and nonprofits, kids activities, and food.

WAYNE, NJ — The annual Wayne Day event is June 10.

More than 100 local civic organizations, businesses, government agencies, nonprofits, and houses of worship will have booths spread out throughout the athletic field behind Wayne Valley High School. Many of the booths will have activities for adults and kids.

Several Wayne restaurants will sell their food and there will be low-priced children's carnival rides, free pony rides, petting zoo, and live music.

The Wayne Fire Department will be exhibiting many of their fire trucks and equipment. The Wayne First Aid Squad will be doing extrication demonstrations.

The event is from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine.
