Annual Wayne Easter Egg Hunt Is Saturday

Kids up to 7 years old may participate in the event.

WAYNE, NJ — The township's annual Easter egg hunt is Saturday at Wayne Valley High School at 10:30 a.m.

Children up to 7 years old may participate in the hunt. More than 7,000 candy-filled plastic eggs will be spread throughout the school's three athletic fields. About 300 of the eggs will be filled with prizes.

Children will be split up into three different age groups:

  • Up to 2 years old
  • 3- and 4-year-olds
  • 5- through 7-year-olds

The Easter Bunny will also be there.

Admission is free. Attendees should arrive by 10: 10 a.m. Parents should bring a basket to collect eggs.
