Authorities Find 7,000 Bags And 300 Grams Of Heroin During Drug Raid: Police
3 people were arrested in the raid. 83 grams of crack cocaine, 410 Ecstasy pills and 206 grams of cocaine were also found, police said.

NORTH JERSEY, NJ — Three people were arrested and police found more than 7,600 bags and 300 grams of raw heroin in what authorities said was a "significant raid."
Members of the Paterson Police Department's Narcotics Division investigated illegal drug sales near Park Avenue and East 18th Street and the surrounding area, said Paterson Police Director Jerry Speziale.
The three people arrested during the raid at 217 Park Ave. were: Rafael E. Collazo, 43, and William Hodges, 36, both of Paterson and Edward Infante, 38, of Brooklyn, New York, Speziale said.

Police collected the following evidence:
- 7,600 glassine bags and 300 grams of raw heroin
- 45 baggies and two knotted sandwich bags containing 83 grams of crack coaine
- 410 Ecstasy pills
- Six baggies containing 206 grams of cocaine
- 45 baggies containing 750 grams of marijuana
Seventeen charges, including intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, were filed against all three men.

Police also took possession of more than $2,100, Speziale said.
“This is a significant raid, which continues to dismantle and disrupt illegal drug sales and the organizations responsible for the distribution," Speziale said.
