A 5-month-old baby remains in critical condition after his father allegedly punched and violently shook him for months before taking him for medical treatment last week.

The baby boy was in cardiac arrest when his father, Yoseop Choi, of Fort Lee, brought him to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition, said Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli last week.
