Cedar Crest Hosts Olympic Games on Campus
Events included putting green, chicken toss, amazing race, trivia, nu-step challenge, and more.

Cedar Crest, a developed and managed Erickson Living community in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, held its version of the Summer Olympics from June 11 to 14. The festive event included an opening and closing ceremony and a variety of events sponsored by the Cedar Crest Fitness Department including a putting green challenge, chicken toss, trivia, nu-step challenge, amazing race, and more.
"This event is a wonderful opportunity for our residents to have fun, get some exercise and meet new friends," said Fitness Manager Jennifer Schweizer. “From tossing chickens, competing in the nu-step challenge, popping balloons and being blindfolded, the residents and the staff had a blast.”
Cedar Crest is a not-for-profit organization, developed and managed by Erickson Living®. The community is governed by its own board of directors affiliated with National Senior Campuses, who provide independent financial and operational oversight of the community.
