Cedar Crest Protestant Community to hold Souper Bowl Sunday

Collecting food and cash to benefit the Pequannock Food Pantry.

The Protestant Community at Cedar Crest Retirement Community in Pompton Plains will be holding a Souper Bowl Sunday on February 5, the date of the 2017 Superbowl. They will be collecting foodstuffs and cash to benefit the Pequannock Food Pantry. A container will be available in the narthex of the Cedar Crest Interfaith Chapel for donations only on February 5. Donations will not be accepted before or after this date. All donations must be current and not expired items.

Cedar Crest is located at 1 Cedar Crest Drive in Pompton Plains, New Jersey.

The Food Pantry has a special need for the following:

  • Shampoo
  • Soup
  • Tea bags
  • Tissues
