Cedar Crest Protestant Community to offer Special Worship Service
Annual Summer Hymn Sing Service, July 30 at 10 a.m

At various times during the year, the Protestant Community at Cedar Crest Retirement Community offers services to celebrate holidays and other events. The Annual Summer Hymn Sing service will be on July 30 at 10 a.m. This has been a favorite event for the congregation for 10 years. This year’s theme is Hymn, Spirituals, and Prayers.
Please come and join with the congregation and choir as they sing praises to God at the service in the beautiful Interfaith Chapel. George W. Swope, professional organist and Director of Music Ministries, will lead the singing.
The Protestant Community at Cedar Crest is an inter-denominational congregation led by Reverend Dennis Rockett and supported in its ministry by George W. Swope, a professional organist and choir director. Sunday Services are weekly at 10 a.m. in the Cedar Crest Interfaith Chapel and are open to all residents and the public. Cedar Crest is located at 1 Cedar Crest Drive in Pompton Plains.

Cedar Crest is one of 19 continuing care retirement communities managed by Erickson Living. The scenic 130-acre campus is located in Pompton Plains, New Jersey and is home to over 2,000 residents.
