Cedar Crest Residents Display Their Art and Craftwork at “Fruits of Our Labor” Fair
More than 200 people attended the popular event held on campus.
On November 5, more than 200 people attended Cedar Crest Retirement Community’s “Fruits of Our Labor” Resident Craft Fair. Crafters and artists, who live at Cedar Crest, displayed and sold their unique and handmade items including jewelry, paintings, knitted scarves, aprons, glove puppets, floral arrangements, quilted goods, and more. Over 200 people attended the popular event held on campus.
“We had a great turnout for this year’s fair,” said Community Resources Coordinator Kelli Daood. “It is a fantastic event for our residents to showcase their beautiful work and for residents and friends to shop for one-of-a-kind gifts.”
Cedar Crest is one of 19 continuing care retirement communities managed by Erickson Living. The scenic 104-acre campus is located in Pompton Plains, New Jersey and is home to over 2,000 residents.
