Cedar Crest Residents Have Fun at Conductorcise Workshop on Campus

More than 40 residents participated in the invigorating upper body workout

On July 20, Cedar Crest Retirement Community hosted a Conductorcise workshop on campus with Maestro David Dworkin, a Julliard-trained musician and the inventor of Conductorcise. More than 40 residents participated in the invigorating upper body workout and learned basic conducting techniques as well as about the lives and work of great composers. The music ranged from classical music to Broadway songs.

“Thank you to Cedar Crest residents for allowing me to share my passion with you,” said Dworkin.
