Watermelon, Tomato, Onion, Cucumber Salad
- Seedless Watermelon (3 cups cubed)
- Cherry Tomatoes (1 cup halved)
- Red Onion Red (1/3 cup minced)
- Cucumber (1 cup diced)
- Freshly squeezed lime juice (3 tablespoons)
- Oil Olive (2 tablespoons)
- Kosher Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
1. Place watermelon, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, lime juice and oil in a large bowl.

2. Season with salt and pepper and toss.
3. Cover and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.

4. Serve shallow bowl
