Eat Local: A Taste of Jersey Shore at Boardwalk Cheesesteak

Want a Boardwalk Cheesesteak but dread the drive down the shore? Boardwalk Cheesesteak in the Preakness Shopping Center has Jersey Shore favorites such as their specialty cheesesteaks, funnel cakes and homemade lemonade. 

Owner, William Miller opened up in October 2010 and made some big changes to the place and menu. Some customer favorites are the Bacon Bleu Cheese Wings and the most popular Cheesesteak is the Bacon Mushroom Swiss.

Their gourmet wings is a long list of different styles such as Garlic Parmesan, Sesame Teriyaki, and even the “Don’t Be Stupid” Wings with Poblano pepper for those who like a challenge.

Any of their sandwiches you can make into a combo where they will add fries, a drink, pickle and their homemade slaw for $2.95 for small and $3.95 large. Their hand cut fries are worth it.
