William Paterson University’s TV Club, WPTV-6, is taking action to fight hunger by holding their semi-annual telethon for the Community FoodBank of New Jersey. The club is asking faculty, staff, students and the Wayne community to donate food and money on Thursday, April 28 from 10 a.m. – midnight.
To make a contribution, please bring any of the following to Hobart Hall, located on the William Paterson Campus [Parking Lot #8; Building #3; see http://www.wpunj.edu/directories/directions-and-map.dot]: canned meats, fish, chili, fruit, vegetables as well as peanut butter and boxed meals. Please note: glass containers and cellophane should be avoided.
With a food or cash donation, WPTV-6 will offer an opportunity to win various raffled prizes. The club will draw winning tickets for all prizes at Midnight.
