The alleged assault comes just weeks after a Ramapo College female student was sexually assaulted by two men. Three other students, including a Wayne native, were later arrested in connection with the crime.

“William Paterson University - its students, faculty, staff, and board of trustees - is horrified by this alleged sexual assault,” Waldron said in the letter. “...We are committed to ensuring that William Paterson University will always be a place where students feel safe and sound.”
