Fugitive Found Passed Out In Wayne Parking Lot: Police
Police found several aerosol cans, 90 bags of heroin and dozens of prescription pills in John Mulvaney's car, police said.

WAYNE, NJ — A man wanted in Tennessee was arrested Wednesday after police found him slumped over in a vehicle on Route 23 after he "huffed" from an aerosol can, police said.
John D. Mulvaney, 50, of Hamburg, was arrested after police discovered he had been "huffing" or inhaling from an aerosol can he tried throwing out, said Detective Capt. Laurence Martin.
Sgt. Michael McNiff was on patrol on Route 23 North when he saw Mulvaney slumped over the wheel of a vehicle in the parking lot of Miranda's Family Restaurant at 2:30 p.m., Martin said. McNiff said he saw Mulvaney trying to throw away an aerosol can of Ultra-Duster and found six more in the vehicle, the captain said.
