Lightbridge Academy Coming To Wayne

The academy will have an interactive whiteboard and iPad technology, in addition to offering live internet monitoring.

WAYNE, NJ — A Lightbridge Academy is coming to the township.

Lightbridge Academy was founded in 1997 and works on a franchise business model. The husband and wife team of Sumit Arora and Avani Dhond are operating the Wayne location. They became Lightbridge investors a few years ago. They got involved after trying to find childcare for their two children when Douhnd returned to work four years ago.

"We couldn't find good childcare," Aurora said. "There is definitely a need for service. One of the things we like about Lightbridge is that it isn't just a daycare, but it provides a structured, learning environment."
