Hundreds of people walked to support finding a way to end premature births at the March for Babies, the March of Dimes annual fundraiser.
Hundreds of pepole attended the event, which raised money for the March of Dimes, an international organization dedicated to reducing, and eventually eliminating, premature births.
“We believe that every baby deserves a healthy start at life,” Gina Ihne, community director of the event, . “When you are talking about the smallest of people, you want to make sure that they are born healthy.”

Some people walked in memory of a loved one who died. Premature babies attended, some still children, others adults, also attended the event.
Ihne also previoulsy said that the event is not about death, but about celebrating life.
