Multi-Use Application To Be Heard At Wayne Board Of Adjustment Meeting Monday

Galreh LLC wants to construct a 232-unit complex with a restaurant and 12,000-square-foot retail space.

WAYNE, N.J. — An application to develop a mixed-use facility with 232-residential units, a 12,800-square-foot retail space, and a restaurant will go before the Zoning Board of Adjustment Monday night.

Galreh LLC, of Wayne, is seeking a use variance because the area is zoned for commercial use and it wants to construct a five-story residential building.

Most of the residential units would have one-and two-bedrooms. It is not known what retailers would occupy that part of the property or what tennant would get the 262-seat restaurant.
