Nellis Drive Closed During The Day For Milling, Paving Work On Monday + Tuesday

The road closure for the resurfacing project may extend into Wednesday, officials added.

WAYNE, NJ — As construction crews make progress on the Nellis Drive resurfacing project, township police informed residents that the road will be closed Monday and Tuesday for milling and paving.

Scheduled work hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Aug. 21 and 22. The project might also extend into Wednesday, Aug. 23, as the township said previously.

Funds for the project came from New Jersey's Municipal Aid grant program, which allocated $440,700 for resurfacing Nellis Drive.
