PCBOR® to Hold Global Initiative Courses in Wayne
Located at 204 Berdan Ave. in Wayne, N.J., PCBOR® will be holding 5-day CIPS courses for the first time since its initiative.

Wayne, N.J. -- Passaic County Board of Realtors® will host Certified International Property Specialist Designation (CIPS) courses from Sept. 7-13, taking place at the PCBOR® office in Wayne, N.J.
In its 2016 National Association of REALTORS® Profile of International Activity in U.S. Residential Real Estate, NAR projected that foreign buyers acquired $102.6 billion of residential property from April 2015—March 2016, making up 7 percent of the $1.2 trillion of overall present home sales during the duration.
Foreign buyers who reside outside of the U.S. accounted for 41 percent, while foreign buyers who have lived in the U.S. for less than two years or are temporary U.S. residents for business, work, education, or vacation purposes accounted for 59 percent of the dollar shares.

The continuous increase of trade and investment among countries and the additional movement of people gives way to greater opportunities for conducting with transnational clients. Cultural awareness, foreign language skills, and a mindfulness of business trends are vital in obtaining positive relationships with global clients and bringing the transaction to a successful outcome.
CIPS designees must complete 5 full days of courses concentrating on the major aspects of international dealings, which includes: currency and exchange rate issues, cross-cultural relationships, regional market conditions, investment performance, and tax issues.

After they have successfully finished the coursework requirements, designees instantly join a close network of over 2,800 international property professionals globally.
Located at 204 Berdan Ave. in Wayne, N.J., PCBOR® will be holding the 5-day CIPS courses for the first time since its initiative. The General Membership price for PCBOR® members is $475 and the non-member price is $500. The courses will be facilitated by instructors Aldo Iemma and Tony Macaluso.
