WAYNE, NJ — It won't be a good weekend for outdoor activities here in Wayne and around the Garden State, as forecasters say Tropical Storm Ophelia will bring heavy rain and gusty winds on Saturday and Sunday.

The storm is expected to come onshore over North Carolina, "then weaken as it makes its way toward our area," said the National Weather Service office in New York City. Between two and three inches of rain are possible around the area.
