Special Olympics Torch Relay Will Pass Though Wayne Next Week

The Flame of Hope, the torch that is being transported across the world for the Special Olympics World Games in Los Angeles, will be transported through the Toys ”R” Us headquarters Thursday.

The Special Olympics Unified Relay Across American will held at headquarters. The Flame of Hope, the torch that will be carried to the Opening Ceremony to the Special Olympics World Games, will be brought through the headquarters.

Toys ”R” Us has supported Special Olympics for more than 15 years. It is sponsoring the 2015 World Games with a special social media hashtag, #MyFirstSportsMoment. The company wants young athletes to commemorate learning how to play sports for the first time.
