Wayne Anti-Drug Alliance's Charity Basketball Game Is Friday
The game is the annual fundraiser for the Wayne Alliance For The Prevention Of Substance Abuse. Doors open at 6 p.m.

WAYNE, NJ — Township residents and teachers will face off against the Harlem Magic Masters Friday for charity and to help keep adults, and children, off drugs.
The Magic Masters are playing in the annual charity basketball game sponsored by the Wayne Alliance for the Prevention of Substance Abuse. It is the organization's annual fundraiser.
Doors open at the Wayne Valley High School gym at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $12 for adults and $10 for children at the door, but tickets purchased in advance cost $2 less. Advance tickets are available at all elementary schools.

The Alliance meets on the first Tuesday of every month. A state grant provides the group with much of its funding.

Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m. They are held at the health department’s office in the municipal building.
