Mr. Greene possesses extensive knowledge of NASA’s manned and unmanned missions from the past to the present, and also what lies in the future. As an Ambassador his goal is to promote NASA’s human and planetary exploration programs.
This program tells the stories behind the remaining flight of the Apollo program, beginning with the drama of the “successful failure” of Apollo 13 and concluding with the last human footprints on the Moon from Apollo 17.
The fourth and final program will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, 6:30 – 8:30 pm: Project Artemis; Project Mars 2020; Project Clipper to Study Europa, Jupiter’s moon and Project Dragonfly to study Titan, Jupiter’s largest, densest moon.
All programs are free. The programs will be held in Meeting Room A. The programs are geared to adults. Teenagers on up are welcome. The Wayne Public Library is a barrier free building.
