• New $5.3M North Jersey health hub brings services closer to home (northjersey.com) — West Milford residents now have a new $5.3 million Highlands Regional Service Center in town, bringing county public health, behavioral health, and senior nutrition services much closer to home. Opened April 22 through a shared services deal with the township, the hub is designed so residents can access screenings, mental health and substance use care, and senior meals in one coordinated location. Local officials say it should significantly cut trips to Paterson for essential services.
