Woman Arrested For DWI In West Windsor: Police

Danielle Mappy also had multiple warrants for her arrest during the June 4 traffic stop.

WEST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — A Trenton woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI) and hindering apprehension in West Windsor on June 4, police announced. Danielle M. Mappy, 26, was also found to have warrants for her arrest Trenton, Ewing, and Lawrence Township when she was stopped on Clarksville Road and Meadow Road, according to West Windsor police.

She was stopped for erratic driving, which included sudden hard braking and acceleration, and for failing to stay within her lane, police said. When she was stopped, she gave a false name and age to police even though she was in possession of NJ ID.

She insisted the ID, which only had her photo, didn’t belong to her and that she was someone else before ultimately admitting to who she was, police said. Mappy was processed at West Windsor Police Department headquarters and released pending future court dates in West Windsor, Trenton, Ewing, and Lawrence.
