BRIDGETON, NJ — A 27-year-old man is wanted for attempted murder after a shooting on June 17, the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office said.
Angel Cruz, of Bridgeton, was charged with first-degree attempted murder, second-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, and second-degree certain persons not to have a weapon.
He should be considered armed and dangerous and not be approached, authorities added.
Bridgeton officers responded to North Street on June 17 for a report of a person who was shot.
A 47-year-old man from Wildwood was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
