After probable cause was established, an arrest warrant was issued for Andrew Williams, 22, of Woodbury.

At around 8 a.m., officers went to his last known address and were able to take him into custody without conflict.

He was processed on multiple charges and turned over to the Gloucester County Sheriff's Department to be taken to the Salem County Jail.

The specific charges against Williams were not immediately available.
