VINELAND – A police officer says he was promised a promotion if his police chief could sleep with the cop's wife and underage daughter, according to a report.

The Vineland police officer says the city’s solicitor vowed to launch an investigation into the claims against Chief Rudy Beu but nothing has been done, according to the NJ Advance Media report. Beu then told the publication: "I can tell you that there are two sides to every story.”

The officer said he and his wife were at a sports bar with friends in 2017 when the chief, who also happened to be at the bar, told him he would promote him if he could leave with her, according to the report. The cop claims the chief and another high-ranking officer asked his wife what assets the cop had to help him be promoted and pointed up and down her body.

Some months later, the officer asked about the promotion again and the chief said: "Well if I could have your wife” and then said, "How about your daughter?” The girl was under 13 at the time. Read the NJ Advance Media report here.
