Coronavirus Testing In Gloucester County Extended Into March

Gloucester County will continue to test for the coronavirus into March. Testing was previously supposed to end in February.

GLOUCESTER COUNTY, NJ — Coronavirus testing in Gloucester County will continue into March, county officials announced on Thursday. It was previously set to expire at the end of February.

Testing at the Gloucester County Clayton County Complex, 1200 North Delsea Drive in Clayton, will take place Monday through Friday beginning March 1, officials said. Testing begins at 9 a.m.

Anyone who wants to be tested can call 856-218-0300 to be prescreened by Rowan Medicine. When calling, choose option #1 for Family Medicine then press #1 again to make an appointment. Callers must have their insurance information available. Residents don't have to be symptomatic to get tested.

Call takers will be available:

  • Monday and Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8 a.m. to noon

The site is a partnership between Gloucester County, Rowan University and Rowan Medicine, the Gloucester County Department of Health, and the Gloucester County Office of Emergency Management.
