Donald Norcross Wins First Congressional District Seat in Two-Part Race
Norcross won the race for Rob Andrews' unexpired term, as well as the race for the regular two-year term.

The First Congressional District will see representation for the first time since March, and it appears as though Democrat Donald Norcross is set to assume the seat.
Norcross, a State Senator, defeated Republican Garry Cobb, a former Philadelphia Eagle and a Cherry Hill resident, according to unofficial results Tuesday night.
Voters in Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties awarded the seat to Norcross in a two-part election.
