An Evening of Blues with Katrice Cornett and Highest Praise

Katrice Cornett was born in Baltimore, MD and has been enjoying music since she was four years old. It was at that age that she sang her first solo, Oh Happy Day by Walter Hawkins, with the C & G Gospel singers. . She is currently the director of creative arts and worship at Green Grove Baptist Church in West Berlin, New Jersey. She is also founder and President/CEO of Highest Praise Performing Arts Center, also in West Berlin.  Her group, Katrice Cornett and Highest Praise, was born out of a simple request for Katrice to sing at a women’s day service in Atlantic City, NJ in the summer of 2003.
