The West Philadelphia musicians, who describe themselves as a “broad musical community” will be performing their brand of Eastern European folk music with a tinge of jazz, punk, rock and soul. The band consists of up to 14 musicians including trumpets, violins, saxophones, sousaphones, vocalists and more. WPO has played The Kimmel Center as well as smaller venues, such as Triumph and The Khyber. And if you arrive early, you can try any of the beers brewed on premises at Triumph!
