“Computer File Management” --- Keeping your computer organized and your files up-to-date has emerged as a key component in file management. Amy Charlesworth, Case Manager at the Center for People in Transition, will guide you through basic file management skills, including saving, renaming and rearranging documents and creating new folders, to ensure that you can always find what you are looking for. This workshop will be held on Monday, December 9, from 6 – 8 p.m.

“Learning to Say NO!” --- Responsibilities and engagements add up when you continue to take on more than you can manage with work, kids, partners or friends. Join Kristen Wilson, Student Empowerment Administrator, to learn how to prevent being overwhelmed by establishing boundaries with loved ones, and how to say “NO!” as part of self-care and self-preservation. This workshop will be held on Monday, December 16, from 6 – 8 p.m.
