The third annual anime convention is set for Jan. 6 and 7.

The event, which highlights Asian pop culture, from manga to video games and everything in between, is slated for Jan. 6 and 7, 2012. Guests scheduled to appear at the convention include Power Rangers star Johnny Yong Bosch and his band, Eyeshine, a slate of voice actors, comedians Uncle Yo and +2 Comedy and Taiko drummers KyoDaiko.
Besides the featured guests and entertainment, KotoriCon's highlights will include workshops, video-game tournaments, a masquerade, lecture panels, a charity auction, dealers’ room and an artist alley.

VIP tickets are available for the VIP Opening Ceremony and concert on Friday evening, and discounts are being offered for groups and early ticket purchases. Ticket prices will increase on Dec. 1 and again on Jan. 1, and ticket sales will be limited this year, so organizers are recommending anime fans get their tickets early.
