Little League Outlook: Majors Going Deep
The Majors head into the second round of the Section 4 tournament, while the 10-11s and Seniors are in pool play.

Just when the Little League season looks like it’s starting to wind down, things kick into high gear.
Three West Deptford teams are still in action–the Majors, the 10- and 11-year-olds, and the Senior League squad, the latter of which kicks off action in their all-star season tonight at Glassboro.
The Majors are deepest into tournament action; Sunday night, they’re into the second round of the Section 4 tournament, and will face Erial at Haddonfield Wednesday night, with a berth in the finals at stake.

Meanwhile, the Senior Leaguers open pool play at Glassboro tonight at 6 p.m., beginning their road for a shot at being the host team for the Eastern Regional tournament, which West Deptford will host for the 21st straight year when it begins Aug. 5.
