Man Dies At Hospital 2 Weeks After Crash In South Jersey
He succumbed to his injuries 12 days after his Jeep ran off the road for unknown reasons and hit a tree, police said.
FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ — A man died at the hospital two weeks after crashing his Jeep in Gloucester County, officials said.
Timothy Weatherby, 74, struck a tree just after 10 a.m. Oct. 9 in Franklin Township, police said. The Hammonton resident succumbed to his injuries on Monday.
Weatherby was the only person in his vehicle.

He was driving north on Tuckahoe Road when his 1998 Jeep SUV ran off the roadway for an unknown reason, authorities said. The Jeep crossed into the southbound lanes before striking shrubs and trees, a witness told police.
Weatherby was flown to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, where he died 12 days later.
