Officers identified Riccelli as the shooter and found his vehicle later that night at a relative's house in Pine Hill. It was seized for evidence.

Riccelli, who remained at large, was charged with aggravated assault and weapons offenses.

On Thursday, detectives conducted surveillance on a Burlington County home where they believed Riccelli was staying. When the suspect left the home and started driving, police pulled him over.

Riccelli was arrested without incident. He was placed in the Salem County Correctional Facility, which provides jailing services for Gloucester County.
