Man Sentenced After Being Found With Bullets In His Car In South Jersey, Prosecutor Says
The Woolwich Township man had been convicted of earlier crimes.
EAST GREENWICH TOWNSHIP, NJ — A 44-year-old man was sentenced to 18 months in jail after he was found with bullets in his car, the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office said.
Alexander L. Golecynski, of Woolwich Township, accepted a plea deal for unlawful possession of ammunition.
On Feb. 15, 2024, an East Greenwich Township Police officer stopped Golecynski's car and found 17 .38-caliber bullets inside.

Due to his previous convictions for disorderly persons and domestic violence offenses, he is not allowed to have ammunition.
