RCGC Offering English As A Second Language Courses
Rowan College at Gloucester County's Division of Continuing Education will begin ESL training sessions in late January.

Deptford Twp. – Rowan College at Gloucester County’s Continuing Education Division is offering English as a second language courses, beginning in January.
The Day Program will be held at the RCGC campus, starting Thursday Jan. 20 and will run for 12 weeks, concluding in April. A 14-week evening course at the Gloucester County Institute of Technology will also take place, running through the same dates.
The long-running program offers a vital opportunity for those who wish to further their learning of the English language, as well as American civics, education for citizenship and training in digital literacy. Rowan College at Gloucester County trained, professional staff will help ease the guidance through meaningful daily lessons, which is absolutely vital for those who wish to further their careers or continue education.

Those interested must be at least 16 years of age and not currently enrolled in high school. Entrants under 18 must complete and turn in a Certificate of Non-Enrollment to guarantee entry in the program, which also requires a one-time nonrefundable $10 fee. The Day Program will be held at Rowan College at Gloucester County’s Continuing Education Center, running from Jan. 20 to April 23 from 9 am – 2:30 pm.
